All continental US packages are shipped by our chosen carrier, USPS.

If a package is considered lost or damaged please contact Lashbarbcosmetics within 10 days from the last scanned date.

Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing apartment/ P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender.

Lashbarbcosmetics is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender.

Lashbarbcosmetics has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility  .

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the orders billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.
